This issue of Super-Detective contains five crime stories. The lead feature, "Death Is Elected" by Roger Torrey, centers on a religious sect called the Brothers of Man who raised $122,400 to elect a candidate named Vanderwort as U.S. President. When a man named Klasson vanishes with the money, investigator Mike is called in by his friend Jim Crowley, a former foreign correspondent turned newspaper owner. The case deepens when informant Hoffenheimer, a young man spurned for the sect leader's daughter, is found dead alongside the road. "The Vagabond Blonde" by William R. Cox presents Sam, a self-styled life investigator, handling the peculiar case of Marigold Moonstone. Additional shorter stories include "Summons to Murder" by Ben Conlon, "Foul Play You Say?" by Lawrence de Foy, and "Broccoli Burlesque" by Lew Merrill, involving an ex-convict named Syd.
