This issue features "Legacy from Mars" by Raymond Z. Gallun as its lead novel, illustrated by Eberle. The story concerns the capture of two small, green, semi-transparent Martian creatures—Marty and Martia—discovered in a puddle at Mars's north polar icecap by crew members Terry Miklas and John Durbin of the ship Searcher.
