# Catalog Note

This February 1918 issue of Everybody's Magazine combines general-interest features with war-focused content reflecting American involvement in World War I. Brand Whitlock contributes the opening installment of a serialized war story, "Belgium—1. Before the Storm." Adventure pieces include "Tam o' the Scots," continuing experiences of a Scottish aviator illustrated by L. A. Shafer, and "Invaded America!," describing a winning battle in the Midwest.
