Capitán Pantera #3: La Ley del Hampa

This Spanish-language pulp serial, "La Ley del Hampa" (The Law of the Underworld) by P. V. The narrative establishes Shanghai as a morally ambiguous haven where European and Asian criminal elements converge. Yuan Kang offers escalating payments—ten thousand dollars for information, twenty thousand to incapacitate the target, thirty thousand for delivery to his private mansion.
