This Spanish-language horror pulp features a hybrid creature attack. James and Diana Parker, a married couple living in rural Montana near the Canadian border, are interrupted during an intimate moment when a fearsome roar echoes outside their home. The beast—described as a two-meter-tall humanoid monstrosity with an animal head, steel-like claws, and fur-covered body—breaches their house. Despite James's shotgun blasts proving ineffective against its armored hide, the creature brutally kills both Parkers with its steel talons.

In the second chapter, reporter Barry Colman of the Montana Express drives to Landerville to investigate the murders. He encounters fellow journalist Marion Brolin stranded with car trouble on the road. Their bickering, colleague-rivals exchange reveals Colman's reputation as an audacious investigator who frequently conflicts with police. Both reporters pursue the Parker case independently, though Colman offers assistance with Brolin's disabled vehicle.
