This issue of the Spanish pulp magazine Selección Terror (No. 372, April 1980) contains the serial "Después de la Autopsia" (After the Autopsy) by Ada Coretti.
Patrick Plarisse, a dying man in Casseman, demands his daughter Moira request an autopsy, cryptically insisting it is crucial. After his death, the coroner Dr. Lionel Dowie discovers a plastic sphere containing a letter inside the corpse's stomach. Plarisse reveals he has hidden valuable jewels—worth over 500,000 pounds, inherited from his deceased sister Rita—buried by a tree near an abandoned well in his garden. He entrusts Dowie with this secret, instructing him to give the inheritance to Moira only after the opportunistic neighbor Tony Peters leaves town, fearing Peters would marry Moira for money despite her scarred face from a car accident. Dowie's brothers Jackie and Glen learn the secret and become embroiled in deadly greed. The narrative then shifts to introduce Roger Donnelly, a motorist whose car breaks down during a violent storm; seeking shelter, he arrives at a nearby house where a beautiful dark-haired woman named Priscilla answers the door.
