Following an argument with Lucian, who confesses love and proposes they leave the group together, Rosie impulsively calls the number. She reaches Charly and arranges a meeting, claiming to be nineteen. The narrative establishes tension between the characters' superficial hedonism and their underlying emotional needs, while introducing an unknown element—Charly—whose intentions remain ambiguous as the story develops.
