# Rustling for Millions by Lieutenant A. K. Sims
This serialized Western tale opens in Dodge City at Bedrock's Bower, a rough gambling den owned by Jason Bedrock. The protagonist, known as "the Dandy of Dodge" (Clifford Keene), arrives at a faro game where he employs doctored cards and manipulated equipment to break the bank. When Bedrock's hired enforcer Broncho Ben provokes a fight, the Dandy swiftly subdues him and hurls him through the door. Broncho returns with armed cowboys on horseback, firing into the saloon; the Dandy shoots out the lamps and escapes through a window.
The next morning, a veiled young woman named Madge Hazelton visits Dandy claiming to be the daughter of recently deceased cattle-king Buck Hazelton. She alleges that another woman—wife of Jason Bedrock—has fraudulently claimed Hazelton's entire estate as his heir, and seeks Dandy's assistance investigating this scheme.
