This issue features five continued serials. Edgar Franklin's "His Word of Honor" begins a five-part story. Ray St. Vrain contributes a three-part story (part one), while an untitled three-part serial appears in part two. "The Clean-Up" by Captain Dingle continues as part three of a five-part serial. Hulbert Footner's "The Owl Taxi," a six-part story, appears in its final installment.

The issue includes one novelette by Charles Wesley Sanders and five short stories: "The Laughter of Slim Malone" by Max Brand, and tales by Du Vernet Rabell, Jacques Belden, Thane Miller Jones, and Charley Wood's "The Courtship of the Blue-Bell."

Poetry contributions include "The Wind Speaks" by John Russell McCarthy and verses by other contributors. The issue also contains editorial commentary in "Heart to Heart Talks."
