This pulp magazine issue features four serials in progress and four complete stories. The lead serial, "Blood on the Snow" by Fred MacIsaac (six-part), follows two Easterners heading west toward trouble. J. Allan Dunn contributes "The Lost Lagoon" (part two), concerned with pearls and South Sea passions. Frank L. Packard's "The Big Shot" (part one of six) introduces a ruler of New York's underworld. Ralph Milne Farley's "The Radio Flyers" (part four) continues adventure inside the earth.

Complete stories include Eugene Cunningham's western novelette "High Line Riders," featuring a lone wolf of the Texas badlands; Theodore Roscoe's "Phantom Bullets," about Foreign Legion honor; John A. Thompson's "Sold One Diamond," involving gambling with an Alaska con man; and R.C. Pitzer's "Mr. Jermin's Apoplexy," an emergency at the bank. Feature articles cover an iceberg in an oil field, corposants, unusual statues, and a cover design by Emmett Watson.
