This issue features Edmond Hamilton's "The Horror from the Magellanic," the fourth novelette in his "Star Kings" series, depicting the continuing adventures of John Gordon across time in a far-future galactic empire. The issue also contains Murray Leinster's "The Invaders," a complete short novel; Milton Lesser's novelet "King of the Black Sunrise"; Ray Russell's short story "Yesterdays"; and Frank Freeman's "Wish It Away." Regular features include Ted White's editorial discussing science fiction's "roots" and new wave movements, a film review of Barbarella, and an article on race-zoology and politics.
