This issue includes "The Invisible Man" Part I, a serial adaptation by H. G. Wells, beginning on page 198. Other featured stories include "The Blue Dimension" by Francis Flagg (depicting a scientist and assistant using spectacles to view another plane of existence achieved through vibration alteration); "A Biological Experiment" by David H. Keller, M.D.; "Baron Munchhausen's Scientific Adventures" by Hugo Gernsback (concerning Martian air plants and canal construction); and "The Golden Girl of Munan" by Harl Vincent.

The next issue advertises "Vandals from the Moon" by Marius, featuring moon-dwelling interplanetary visitors and an unusual serpentine propulsion method for spacecraft. Part II of "The Invisible Man" concludes the serial, detailing the protagonist's meeting with a scientist friend and recounting his experiments. The concluding installments of Gernsback's Munchhausen series address the Martian solution to air depletion. Also featured is "Just Around the Corner," a scientific playlet by Raymond Knight. The issue additionally promotes a free complimentary copy of "The Vanguard of Venus" by Landell Bartlett.
