This is not a pulp magazine but a government document from 1961. The materials include: a Project 10073 UFO sighting report card from Watertown, Connecticut (with checkboxes for observation type, object classification, and conclusions marked "Insufficient Data for Evaluation"); and a letter dated October 10, 1961, from Major William T. Coleman Jr., UFO Project Officer at the Air Force's Public Information Division, responding to a civilian's September 30 inquiry about objects observed near the Sun's corona. Coleman suggests the sighting may have been sun dogs or eye strain from solar intensity, recommends the book Flying Saucers by Dr. Weasel for astronomical information, and acknowledges insufficient corroborating reports. The remainder consists of handwritten notes too degraded to decipher clearly.
