Pulp Magazine Cover, July 1961

· July 1961

This document is not a pulp magazine but rather official U.S. military UFO reporting forms and military communications from July 1961. It contains Project 10073 record cards (ATIC Form 329) used for documenting UFO sightings, along with associated naval and air force communications regarding UFO observations. The reports describe sightings near Argentina, including a bright light approximately pea-sized observed at 99 degrees elevation, course 130 degrees, at flight level 7,500 feet during dawn conditions with clear visibility. The forms include checkbox options for concluding whether observations were balloons, aircraft, astronomical phenomena, or of unknown origin. OCR quality degrades significantly in portions of the document, making some routing information and administrative details partially illegible.
