This appears to be a collection of U.S. Air Force and Coast Guard military documents from January 19-21, 1961, reporting UFO sightings over Nantucket Island and the Massachusetts coast. The documents include official UFO report card 10073 and multiple CIRVIS (Communications Instructions for Reporting Vital Intelligence Sightings) messages distributed to military command authorities.

The sightings involved unidentified objects displaying red and white flashing lights that changed to steady white, occasionally emitting ray-like effects. Objects were described as spherical, stationary or slow-moving, appearing 2-3 times larger than normal stars, at altitudes between 900-21,000 feet. Multiple Coast Guard stations—including Brant Point, Chatham, Sankaty Head, Cross Rip, and Brenton Reef—reported observations spanning several hours. Some reports described multiple objects, occasionally appearing blue, with occasional tail-like features. LORAN station interference occurred. Conclusions ranged from possible astronomical bodies or aircraft to insufficient data for evaluation.
