This document is a Project 10073 record card—a UFO sighting report form—not a pulp magazine. The card documents a January 10, 1959 sighting near Baltimore, Maryland. A witness observed a white glowing round ball-shaped object trailing an airliner at approximately three feet distance, viewed through binoculars.
