This appears to be a U.S. Air Force Project Blue Book UFO investigation record from 1956, not a pulp magazine. The document is an official ATIC Form 329 documenting a sighting reported in Watertown, Wisconsin on June 28, 1956. A ground observer reported a star-shaped, blue-green object approximately the size of a basketball held at arm's length, visible in the low western sky for three hours and five minutes. The object exhibited swaying and hovering motion. The Air Force investigative conclusion classified the sighting as "Probably Astronomical," attributing the observation to the planet Jupiter. The record includes routing information to various military intelligence offices and technical evaluation notes. The OCR quality degrades significantly in the lower sections, rendering some technical details illegible.
