Herbarium Type Specimen: Rhynchospora radicans

This is a pressed and mounted herbarium specimen affixed to archival board with paper strips, bearing hand-inked collector notes, printed barcodes, a color-calibration chart, and a ruled scale bar. The labels identify it as the holotype collection of Dichromena radicans Schltdl. & Cham. (Linnaea 6:28, 1831), later reclassified as Rhynchospora radicans, a sedge of the family Cyperaceae.
