This is a pressed botanical herbarium specimen, not a cartoon or caricature. Two dried branches of Lippia sericea Cham. (Verbenaceae) are mounted on archival paper, with handwritten collector's labels and a color-calibration strip visible at right — standard natural history museum practice.
