Sakurako Gokurakuin, also known professionally as Ashika Sakura, is a Japanese manga artist whose work spans both mainstream and niche genres. Born in Japan, she first gained recognition under her Gokurakuin pen name for creating and illustrating *Juvenile Orion* and *Sekirei*, the latter a long-running action series that blends supernatural battles with romantic comedy. Under her real name, Ashika Sakura, she has produced numerous yaoi and shotacon titles, including the explicit *Sensitive Pornograph*. Her artistic style is characterized by clean linework and expressive character designs, particularly in action sequences. In the English-language market, she is credited as artist and inker on ten issues from 2017 to 2019, primarily for *Sekirei*. While she has not received major industry awards, her work on *Sekirei* developed a dedicated international fanbase. Gokurakuin remains active in the manga industry, balancing her mainstream series with her earlier niche work.
