Minck Oosterveer was a Dutch cartoonist best known for his detailed, atmospheric linework on adventure and fantasy comics. Born on July 19, 1961, in the Netherlands, he entered the comics field in the early 1980s, contributing to prominent Dutch and Belgian magazines such as *Suske en Wiske Weekblad*, *Kuifje*, *Eppo Wordt Vervolgd*, and *MYX Stripmagazine*.
