JG Jones
Jeffrey Glen Jones, known professionally as JG Jones, was born in 1965 in the United States. He is best known for his detailed, painterly cover art and interior work on major superhero and creator-owned projects. Jones entered comics in the late 1990s, quickly gaining attention for his lush, cinematic style. His signature work includes the miniseries *Wanted* (with Mark Millar), which blends dark humor with ultra-violent action, and the DC event *Final Crisis* (with Grant Morrison), where his covers and interior pages helped define the series' epic, apocalyptic tone. He also collaborated with writer Garth Ennis on *Just a Pilgrim* and contributed to *DC Universe* and the post-apocalyptic *Dust to Dust*. Jones is credited as artist, colorist, inker, and writer across 16 issues from 2002 to 2026.
