Jason L. Lambert was born on September 23, 1977. He is best known in comics as a colorist, active from 2001 to 2002, with credits on 14 issues. His most frequent work appeared on the series *Meridian*, *Scion*, *Sigil*, *Ruse*, *Sojourn*, and *Edge*. Lambert’s coloring style brought a polished, vibrant finish to these fantasy and adventure titles, complementing the line’s detailed line art. He collaborated with writers and artists such as Mark Waid, Ron Marz, and Greg Land, among others. Outside of comics, Lambert had a separate career as a professional mixed martial artist, competing from 2001 to 2013 in organizations including the UFC, WEC, Bellator, King of the Cage, and AFC. He held the WEC light heavyweight championship. Lambert’s work in comics remains a footnote in his broader athletic career, with his coloring credits serving as a brief but notable contribution to early-2000s genre storytelling. He has not received major comic industry awards for his work.
