Jason Craig
Jason Craig was born on June 26, 1974, in the United States. He is best known as a comic book artist and inker, with a career spanning from 1999 to 2012. Craig earned recognition for his work on horror and crossover titles, most notably the *Freddy vs Jason vs Ash* series and its sequel, *Freddy vs Jason vs Ash: The Nightmare Warriors*, which brought together the slasher icons Freddy Krueger, Jason Voorhees, and Ash Williams from *Evil Dead*. He also contributed to *John Carpenter's Asylum*, *Herbert West*, and the superhero soap opera *Noble Causes*, as well as an adaptation of the film *Se7en*. His style, marked by clean, expressive linework and a knack for dynamic, often gruesome action, suited both horror and mainstream superhero storytelling. Craig collaborated with writers such as Jeff Katz and James Kuhoric on the *Freddy vs Jason vs Ash* projects. He is credited on 22 issues across these titles. While he did not achieve widespread fame, his work on these cult-favorite crossovers has earned him a dedicated following among horror comic fans. Craig’s later career saw a decline in output, with his last credited work appearing in 2012. He has not been reported as receiving major industry awards, but his contributions to licensed horror comics remain a notable part of the genre’s early 2000s resurgence.
