Dennis Mallonee

Dennis Mallonee, born January 22, 1955, is an American comics writer and publisher best known for his long association with superhero ensemble storytelling and as the driving force behind Heroic Publishing, the independent house he founded. His catalog spans nearly four decades of activity, from 1986 through 2023, during which he accumulated credits as both writer and colorist across roughly 280 issues.

Mallonee's most substantial body of work revolves around titles he shepherded through Heroic Publishing, including *Flare*, *Champions*, *Flare Adventures*, *Eternity Smith*, and their respective second editions.
