Vic Gunn

Vic Gunn is a Silver Age creation who debuted in the pages of Lion in 1965, brought to life by the team of Ted Cowan and Ted Kearon for IPC's beloved British comics stable. Running through the latter half of the '60s and appearing across both Lion and Smash!, he carved out his niche in an era when British anthology comics were absolutely thriving. In those packed, vibrant pages he shared adventures alongside a wonderfully eclectic cast — including Zip Nolan, Robot Archie, and The Sludge — the kind of colourful company that made IPC's titles such a joy to collect.
