Ve Borson
Ve Borson is an Asgardian deity drawn from Norse mythology, where Vé is one of Odin's brothers. In Marvel's cosmic pantheon, he appears among the divine figures of Asgard alongside Odin, Thor, and Balder.
A figure rooted in the mythological bedrock of Marvel's cosmic family, Ve Borson stepped onto the Silver Age stage in 1965 courtesy of the legendary Stan Lee and Jack Kirby partnership. With a name drawn straight from Norse legend, Ve moves through the pages of Thor and its annals in rare but meaningful company — sharing adventures with Odin, Balder, and Thor Odinson himself, the very pillars of Asgard. Appearances may be few across those 55 years, but when Ve Borson shows up, it counts — including at least one collector-recognized key issue — making this an intriguing find for any devotee of Marvel's mythological golden circle.
