Who is Terminator T-1000?

The T-1000 is an advanced Terminator prototype made of liquid metal, sent back in time by Skynet to kill young John Connor. Unlike earlier models, it can mimic any person or object it touches, making it a near-unstoppable shapeshifting assassin.

Emerging from the early 1990s Copper/Modern Age boom in licensed comics, Terminator T-1000 made their print debut in Malibu's Terminator 2: Judgment Day #1 in 1991, brought to the page by the creative team of Gregory Wright, James Cameron, and Klaus Janson. This is a villain-grade presence whose catalog footprint spans an impressive twelve years across titles like T2: Cybernetic Dawn and T2: Nuclear Twilight, sharing those high-stakes pages with icons like John Connor, Sarah Connor, and the Terminator T-800 Model 101. With only 9 recorded appearances, every single issue is a collector's gem — a tight, essential run for anyone who loves the intersection of sci-fi cinema and the comics medium at its most kinetic.
