Tane is a prehistoric human character from Charlton Comics' adaptation of the TV series Korg: 70,000 B.C., surviving the Ice Age alongside Korg and his family group in a rare Stone Age adventure setting.

Tane stepped onto the prehistoric stage in 1975, part of Charlton Comics' Bronze Age venture into the ancient world with Korg: 70,000 B.C. #1, brought to life by the distinctive hand of Pat Boyette. Sharing those cave-shadowed pages with Korg, Mara, Bok, Ree, and Tor, Tane inhabits one of comics' most unusual settings — a world of ice-age survival rendered in Charlton's scrappy, independent spirit.
