Starbolt

Starbolt is a member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard, the elite corps that serves the Shi'ar Empire's ruler. Trained in unarmed combat alongside fellow Guardsmen, he first clashed with the X-Men when the Guard was dispatched to enforce imperial will.
