Solarr

Solarr is a Marvel villain with solar-based powers, capable of generating and projecting intense heat and light. He debuted as a threat faced by the Defenders, later clashing with other heroes across the Marvel universe.

Blazing onto the Bronze Age Marvel scene in 1976, Solarr made their first mark in The Defenders #42, courtesy of the creative trio of Gerry Conway, Keith Giffen, and Klaus Janson. Though their catalog footprint is compact — just six recorded appearances spread across titles like Marvel Two-in-One and Dark X-Men: The Mercy Crown — Solarr has kept genuinely compelling company over the decades, sharing pages with the likes of Spider-Man, Quasar, and Wundarr.
