Seymour Skinner
Seymour Skinner is the long-suffering principal of Springfield Elementary School, a Vietnam veteran perpetually tormented by Bart Simpson's antics, his overbearing mother Agnes, and the general chaos of Springfield life.
Springfield's perpetually put-upon principal makes his comics debut in Simpsons Comics #25 (1996), brought to the page by Jamie Angell and Phil Ortiz for Bongo's beloved Modern Age run. Over roughly two decades of Bongo publishing, Seymour Skinner keeps gloriously chaotic company — sharing pages with Bart Simpson, Lisa Simpson, Homer Simpson, Barney Gumble, and Krusty the Clown, which tells you everything about the flavor of misadventure he's caught up in. A fixture of Simpsons Comics and Simpsons Comics Explosion, he's a satisfying find for any fan who loves the full Springfield ensemble rendered in four-color comic glory.
