Ray Fillet

Ray Fillet is a mutant manta ray who became a powerful aquatic ally of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in Archie's TMNT Adventures continuity, fighting to protect ocean life. His eco-conscious adventures eventually earned him his own spin-off series alongside Leatherhead.
