Who is Pipeline?

Pipeline is a mutant operative who served the oppressive government of Genosha, possessing the ability to teleport matter through a digital-like transmission process. He worked as an enforcer helping capture and process mutants for Genosha's brutal mutant-slavery program.

A product of the late-1980s Copper Age Marvel universe, Pipeline debuted in the pages of The Uncanny X-Men #235, brought to life by the legendary creative team of Chris Claremont and Rick Leonardi. Affiliated with the X-Men's sprawling world, this character keeps some genuinely compelling company — sharing pages with the likes of Quicksilver and Amelia Voght across titles like Magneto: Dark Seduction and Magneto Rex. With a twelve-year publishing footprint rooted in one of Marvel's most beloved franchises, Pipeline may be a deep-cut discovery for collectors, but that's exactly the kind of find that makes digging through the long boxes so rewarding.
