Racing out of the Marvel 2099 universe in 1994, Meanstreak burst onto the page in the pages of 2099 — a title published by Semic S.A. — courtesy of the creative team of Peter David and Rick Leonardi, two names that knew how to make a futuristic world crackle with energy.
