Maksimus Rottenburger made his entrance into the world of Nordic comics in 2021, brought to life by creators Hugo Sauer and Jordi Alfonso in the pages of Donald Duck & Co — the beloved Hjemmet/Egmont anthology that has entertained Scandinavian readers for generations. A Modern Age newcomer, he shares his adventures with some of the Duck universe's most iconic faces, including Donald Duck, Onkel Skrue, and the rest of that wonderfully chaotic extended family. With appearances across both Donald Duck & Co and the curated Klassisk Donald Duck, he's carved out a small but genuine niche in the Egmont stable.
