Linka is a young Soviet Planeteer from the animated series adaptation, wielding the power of Wind as one of five teens summoned by Gaia to combat environmental destruction alongside teammates Kwame, Wheeler, Gi, and Ma-Ti using their magical rings.

Linka made her comics debut in Hawk and Dove #18 in 1990, brought to life by the creative team of Barbara and Karl Kesel and Greg Guler right at the cusp of the Copper and Modern Ages.
