Lady Stilt-Man
A would-be supervillain who equipped herself with the signature towering hydraulic stilts of the original Stilt-Man, Lady Stilt-Man turned to crime and became a minor but memorable thorn in Spider-Man's side, blending absurd ambition with surprisingly dangerous hardware.
Few characters announce themselves quite like Lady Stilt-Man, who crashed onto the Modern Age scene in The Amazing Spider-Man #611 in 2010, courtesy of Joe Kelly and Eric Canete. She's carved out a gleefully offbeat corner of the Marvel Universe over a 14-year publishing run, sharing pages with heavy-hitters like Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, and Miles Morales along the way. Her most sustained spotlight comes through Cody Ziglar's Miles Morales: Spider-Man, where she keeps wonderfully chaotic company with some of Marvel's most beloved wall-crawlers. With only 11 catalog appearances she's a rare find — exactly the kind of delightfully singular character that makes digging through back issues so rewarding.
