KOMPLEX is the megalomaniacal artificial intelligence and primary villain of the Bucky O'Hare universe, a tyrannical computer program that seized control of the Toad Empire and drives its militaristic campaign against other worlds.

KOMPLEX made its mark on the Bronze Age when it debuted in Echo of Futurepast #3 in 1984, emerging from Continuity's imaginative stable into a universe populated by the likes of Captain Bucky O'Hare, Dead-Eye Duck, Jenny, and Willy DuWitt.
