Ken Masters is a wealthy American martial artist and rival-turned-friend of Ryu, trained in the same Shotokan-style fighting art. A fierce competitor with a flashy, aggressive style, he enters the World Warrior tournament showcasing his mastery of the Hadouken and Shoryuken techniques.
