Fresh out of 2024's Titans #16, Kareli is one of the newest faces in DC's Modern Age, brought to life by the creative team of John Layman and Pete Woods. With only a handful of appearances so far, this is a character right at the beginning of their story — and the company is exceptional, sharing pages with titans of the DC universe like Donna Troy, Cyborg, and Beast Boy. Five appearances in and already part of one of DC's most storied team books, Kareli is exactly the kind of emerging character worth watching from the ground floor.
