Hubcap rolled onto the scene in the Modern Age with a debut in Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye #3 (2003), part of IDW's deep-dive celebration of Generation One lore. With only a handful of catalog appearances concentrated in the More Than Meets the Eye guidebook universe, this is a character for the true completionist — the kind of obscure Autobot entry that makes flipping through those official guide pages such a rewarding treasure hunt. Sharing issues with the likes of Ironhide, Huffer, and Barrage, Hubcap exists in excellent company, embedded in the rich tapestry of G1 mythology that IDW worked so lovingly to document.
