Dominic Dunsinane
A creature of Marvel's Bronze Age, Dominic Dunsinane first stepped onto the page in Rampaging Hulk #5 in 1977, the handiwork of writer Doug Moench and artists Keith Pollard and Alfredo Alcala. Over a span stretching into the early '90s, this compact but intriguing figure found himself woven into some of Marvel's grittier corners, sharing pages with the likes of U.S.Agent, John Walker, Domino, and Scourge — a rogues' gallery of morally complicated characters that says plenty about the company Dunsinane keeps. With appearances spread across Rampaging Hulk, Captain America, and U.S.Agent, he's a rare deep-cut worth tracking down for the dedicated Marvel completist who loves discovering the hidden connective tissue of the Bronze and early Modern Age.
