Dominic Destine is a member of the ClanDestine, a secretive family of super-powered individuals in the Marvel Universe. He is one of many children of the immortal Adam Destine, making his familial bonds and the clan's shared legacy central to his identity.

A Marvel creation born in 1994, Dominic Destine stepped onto the scene during the Copper/Modern Age as part of the rich, interconnected world of the ClanDestine — one of Marvel's more intriguing family-centered corners of the universe. Over a span stretching to 2018, he shares his pages with a tight-knit circle including Walter Destine, Wallop, Samantha Hasard, Cuckoo, and Imp, making him very much a figure defined by that distinctive familial ensemble. His appearances are concentrated in ClanDestine, ClanDestine: Family Ties, and Marvel Comics Presents, the very titles that gave the Destine saga its devoted cult following.
