DJ:R*v

Spinning out of the pages of Egmont's MegaPyton at the tail end of the nineties, DJ:Rv. made their debut in 1999 courtesy of creator Simon Gärdenfors — a name who also walks these same pages alongside a colorful crew including Pappa Y-front, Mats Jonsson, and Daniel Ahlgren. A creature of the Copper/Modern Age with a brief but distinctive run through 2001, DJ:Rv. is the kind of offbeat, underground-flavored comics find that rewards the curious collector willing to dig into Scandinavian alternative comics of the era. Rare by any measure with just five catalog appearances, this is a character for the true enthusiast.
