Devlor is a young Deviant who joined the teen hero group known as the Fantastic Force, where he fought alongside Franklin Richards and others. His Deviant heritage grants him a monstrous, superhumanly powerful bestial form he can transform into.

Debuting in the pages of Annex #4 in 1994, Devlor is a Marvel creation of the Copper/Modern Age, brought to life by Jack C. Harris and Paris Karounos.
