D'Kay

A mysterious figure who stepped out of the early '90s Marvel universe, D'Kay made their debut in the anthology landmark Marvel Comics Presents in 1992, courtesy of creators Joey Cavalieri and Shawn McManus. That series was a showcase for the bold and the unexpected, and D'Kay shares its pages with a striking roster — Giant-Man, Ghost Rider, Logan, and Erik Josten among them — serious company by any measure. With only a handful of catalog appearances, D'Kay remains one of those intriguing Copper/Modern Age curios that rewards the dedicated digger, a small but genuine piece of Marvel history waiting to be rediscovered.
