Condiment King

Few villains in Gotham's rogues gallery commit so gleefully to a gimmick as Condiment King, a Modern Age DC creation who made his catalog debut in Dustin Nguyen and Derek Fridolfs' delightfully offbeat Batman: Li'l Gotham #12 in 2014. He's a character who exists in the same chaotic Gotham orbit as Batman, Robin, Catwoman, and even Bane — which says something wonderful about the sheer variety of trouble Gotham attracts. With appearances spread across Batman and Detective Comics as well, he's punched above his weight for a figure with a relatively small footprint. Sometimes the most memorable characters aren't the mightiest — they're the ones who make you grin every time they show up.
