Colonel White

Colonel White is the commanding officer of Spectrum, the fictional global security organization from the Captain Scarlet universe, as depicted in British comics published in TV21 and related titles. He oversees agents combating the Mysteron threat to Earth.

A commanding presence in British comics of the late Silver Age, Colonel White made his debut in 1968's TV21 #178, brought to life by creator Jim Watson.
