Blygen made their comics debut in 1961, stepping onto the Silver Age stage in the pages of Donald Duck & Co — a Norwegian publication from Hjemmet / Egmont — courtesy of the legendary Carl Barks alongside Elisabeth Skaare. Over a remarkable span stretching all the way to 2024, this character has kept lively company with the likes of Donald Duck, Doffen Duck, Brille, Prosit, and Søvnig across beloved titles including Donald Duck & Co and Donald Ducks Show.
